How we work with you...
Call or fill out the online request, and one of our project managers will contact you. We will come to your home, review your ideas, and gather necessary information to create a design and initial pricing for your project. If you currently live in an EGStoltzfus Home, we will bring your original blueprint and house info to help with planning. If you are a Non-EG home owner, we will measure your existing house areas in order to create an accurate blueprint.

After the initial meeting, our in-house design team will create a blueprint with the options discussed, and a free estimate will be drafted and presented to the customer. Any changes to the print will be made, and all pricing will be established up front to ensure an accurate proposal and specifications are produced. When you are satisfied with the design and price of your project, a signing meeting will be arranged and we will begin your remodeling project.

The EGStoltzfus remodeling team takes care of every aspect of the building process. We obtain your permit, schedule and manage all necessary subcontractors, and maintain a clean and safe work environment from start to end.
