William J. Patrick joins
EGStoltzfus Homes, LLC


EGStoltzfus Homes, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of William J. Patrick as Division Manager and Senior Designer of the reorganized Remodeling Division. As Division Manager he will be responsible for leading marketing, sales, design, and overseeing construction of all residential remodeling activities. The division will offer complete residential and interior design services coupled with their 40 plus years of exceptional build services on additions, kitchens, baths, basements and interiors of any size project, including handyman and repair work. His background and experience in design and construction along with EGS's strength in quality craftsmanship and timely completion will result in a team that serves remodeling customers of any size or complexity throughout the region.

Bill's talents as a designer specializing in remodeling earned William J. Patrick, Inc. one of the residential remodeling industry's highest national recognitions; Hanley-Wood Publications' Remodeling's BIG 50 award for Fine Design in 2003 design. In 2007 he was named the Remodeler of the Year by the Pennsylvania Builder's Association for his strengths in systems that delivered exemplary customer service and quality in design and construction. William J. Patrick, Inc. was also recognized locally with numerous industry quality and service awards

Since his 1987 graduation from Millersville University where Bill received a degree from the Industry and Technology Department, he has worked solely in the housing and construction industry as a draftsman, carpentry subcontractor, and realtor. In 1990 Bill founded William J. Patrick, Inc. focusing on concept-to- completion remodeling for projects ranging from interiors, kitchens and baths to custom homes.

Bill is Past President of the Building Industry Association of Lancaster, a member of The Rotary Club of Lancaster and Lancaster Chamber of Commerce; married to Kimberley Patrick and father of Olivia, 15 and Emily, 13. His family lives in a completely remodeled home in the Conestoga Valley School District.
