Our professional sales team is ready to help you get acquainted with the community and to let you know what it has to offer. With communities in five counties in South Central Pennsylvania, we have a home site just for you.
- Pre-qualify: How much can you afford? Our sales team can walk you through the steps to help you plan for your dream home.
- Select a home plan: Our sales agent will help you by showing you the many different home styles and floor plans that are available. Add on the options that you've been dreaming about, pick from many standard options or do both. The choice is yours.
- Financing: Once you decide on your home plan you are ready to go. EGStoltzfus Homes, LLC does not require a construction loan when building in one of our communities. All we need is your down payment up front and the balance is due at closing. Some custom homes plans require construction financing.
- Selections: Our sales agent will help you through the selection process of cabinets, roofing, siding, etc. They will help you with visualizing the different colors and materials that we offer to give your home the finishing touch you're looking for.
- Building: Quality and on-time delivery. Our construction system delivers both. We have on site supervisors to manage every aspect of the job in the field. The project manager in office will process all the job information as well as handle all changes that you may request during construction. Our home owner's manual will help you with many of the common questions that arise during the construction process. It's no surprise that we finish on time. Every person on the job site is committed to your closing date. We process all change orders as the job progresses, so you know right were you stand on changes and charges.
- Orientation & Customer Service: About a week prior to your closing, you will enjoy your new home orientation in the finished home with your Sales agent and customer services superintendent. After settlement your Customer Service department is ready to take care of any warranty work. Your home owner's manual will help you with procedures for warranty work.
